Job summary

HALA is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Group FP&A team in Saudi Arabia. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while automating processes with AI and supporting the Oracle EPM implementation.

The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and stakeholder management skills and a background in fintech, payments, or fast-moving startups. You will partner with finance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver accurate insights, build robust financial models, and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or financial analysis in fintech/payments/startup environments.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• SQL/reporting automation experience and AI tooling is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle EPM or similar planning systems is a plus.
• English communications; Arabic a plus; Saudi national Saudization requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with business unit stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Build and improve financial models for planning and decision making.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting using AI tools.
• Support rollout and use of Oracle EPM for budgeting and planning.
• Collaborate with SQL/BI for data extraction and presentation.
