Job summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) / Program Manager to oversee major software implementations across the Middle East, including KSA. Based in Riyadh, you will bridge delivery management with strategic client relationship building, ensuring long-term business objectives are met.

You will lead governance, risk management, and cross-functional delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to CXO-level banking executives while driving expansion opportunities

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge in Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking.
• Experience with large software implementations.
• Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.
• Strong AI-driven process automation experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and governance of multi-million dollar banking platform implementations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CXOs and drive client success beyond delivery.
• Coordinate with onsite Tech Leads and SMEs on cloud-native architectures.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to accelerate delivery and reporting.
