Job summary

DefineX in Riyadh, KSA, seeks a delivery leader with 8+ years in technology delivery, specializing in banking, financial services or fintech. You will own end-to-end programs, manage API-led integrations, and coordinate across multi-location teams and vendors to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive delivery governance, ensure regulatory alignment, and maintain schedule, quality and budget throughout go-live and stabilisation phases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery with banking/fintech focus.
• Strong ability to follow system design discussions and assess architecture.
• Experience owning banking technology programs end-to-end through go-live and stabilisation.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Saudi Arabia) and Open Banking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large-scale banking technology programs end-to-end.
• Govern change control, assess impact and secure approvals.
• Lead delivery governance across distributed, multi-vendor teams.
• Drive release readiness, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives.
