Job summary
Digital HR Consultancy seeks a seasoned Service Manager to lead technical service and after-sales operations for a diverse range of industrial and retail equipment in جدة. The role oversees service engineers, technicians, coordinators, and installations, while driving preventive maintenance, warranty support, and service contracts.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in technical service with at least 3 years in team leadership, strong Excel and reporting skills, and travel readiness to support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 7–10 years in technical service or after-sales service.
- At least 3 years managing technical service teams.
- Hands-on understanding of industrial equipment and related systems.
- Experience with installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day after-sales service operations at customer sites and workshops.
- Supervise service engineers, technicians, and coordinators.
- Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and responsive customer support.
- Monitor tickets, response times, and resolutions to meet SLAs.
- Plan technician allocation based on location and priority.
- Maintain service KPIs and reporting.
- Escalate complex issues for technical support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, and Warehouses; manage warranties and contracts.
