Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading field service, operations or technical teams.
• Proven ability to interpret service performance data and guide action.
• Strong planning, safety and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Service Engineers including onboarding and reviews.
• Oversee service operations, planning efficiency and job execution.
• Monitor KPIs like utilization, time on site, and service performance.
• Manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support contract execution and profitability with quality and compliance.
