Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned leader to head a field service team of engineers and technicians for high voltage and transformer projects in the PGSV portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise maintenance, repair, installation, testing and commissioning across HV products, OLTC, and protection and control systems for substations and grid sites.

The role requires 6–10 years of HV technical and leadership experience, plus PM and site management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of HV technical and leadership experience.
• Experience in transformers, protection and control systems.
• PM and site management background preferred.
• English and Arabic language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field service operations and guide the team.
• Coordinate site work across projects and manage resources.
• Develop training plans and certifications for FSE.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Build long-term customer partnerships during service delivery.
