Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh seeks a Senior Environmental Engineer to join its site-based Construction Supervision team on a landmark development project. You will lead environmental compliance across sites, develop EMPs, review plans, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulators to ensure performance and sustainability.

This role requires a strong background in environmental regulations, ISO 14001 experience, and a proven track record on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, civil engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of environmental experience on large-scale infrastructure, construction, or development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance activities across project sites.
• Develop, implement and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMPs).
• Review contractor environmental plans and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and regulators on environmental matters.
• Prepare environmental reports and performance metrics.
