Job summary

Disprz is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead complex enterprise solutions in Riyadh. You will be responsible for owning the full non-commercial deal cycle, working closely with stakeholders from Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

The role requires 6-9 years of experience in solution consulting, with domain expertise in L&D, LMS, or HRMS software. Successful candidates will drive the technical evaluation processes and provide tailored product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in a solution consulting or presales IC role.
• Experience in L&D, LMS/LXP, or HRMS software is mandatory.
• Proven track record of owning enterprise deal cycles from discovery to commercial handoff.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end non-commercial sale on assigned enterprise deals.
• Lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions to surface real requirements.
• Manage all technical and functional evaluation cycles.
