Job summary

Infopro Learning seeks an Oracle & Learning Technology Consultant to advise a large organization on the strategy and use of its Oracle LMS ecosystem. This advisory role focuses on governance, not hands-on administration, guiding stakeholders toward best practices.

You will coach internal teams, design scalable learning workflows with HR, L&D and IT, and integrate Oracle LMS with Udemy Business, Harvard ManageMentor, and Oracle HCM. Occasional travel to Riyadh, 3-month contract, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising on Oracle LMS in an enterprise environment.
• Coaching capability to build independence in others.
• Strong knowledge of catalog management, learning paths, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate requirements into practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret learning data for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Oracle LMS strategy including course catalog, learning paths, certifications, and compliance-driven training.
• Coach internal teams to manage Oracle LMS themselves.
• Design scalable learning workflows with HR, L&D, and IT stakeholders.
• Integrate Oracle LMS with Udemy Business, Harvard ManageMentor, and Oracle HCM.
• Contribute across the project lifecycle: requirements, design, UAT, rollout, and post-go-live support.
• Interpret training effectiveness data and coach stakeholders on actions.
• Stay current on the Oracle LMS roadmap and the broader digital learning ecosystem.
