Job summary

TANINT Recruitment is seeking an ENM/ENIQ Engineer to support Ericsson OSS and Network Management platforms in Saudi Arabia. The role involves platform administration, incident troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors, customers, and operations teams to ensure service continuity.

You will work on ENM, ENIQ, and eVNFM platforms, driving stability, fault resolution, and platform enhancements in a carrier-grade telecom environment. A Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with Ericsson ENM.
Hands-on experience with Ericsson ENIQ.
Experience administering telecom OSS and network management platforms.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in carrier-grade environments.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and provide operational support for ENM, ENIQ, and eVNFM.
Troubleshoot platform issues and handle escalations.
Support new implementations, integrations, and acceptance activities.
Manage MDTs and TCNs to ensure timely resolutions.
Handle customer requests and service-affecting incidents.
Monitor platform performance and operational health.
Contribute to fault management and root-cause analysis.
Participate in change implementation and maintenance activities.
Assist in planning new feature requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on enhancements.
