SISGlobal is actively seeking an experienced Service Operation Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on L2 support for LBS/ENL systems, leveraging Ericsson platforms, Linux administration, and networking to ensure system availability and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Mandatory Ericsson platforms experience.
• Strong Linux server administration and scripting.
• Experience with Diameter/SS7/SIGTRAN signaling.
• Experience with Kubernetes/VMware environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 support and troubleshooting for LBS/ENL systems and apps.
• Perform health checks, preventive maintenance, and capacity optimization.
• Manage system integrations, software upgrades, and network changes.
• Support disaster recovery, backups, restoration, and testing.
• Manage incidents with root-cause analysis to meet SLAs.
• Assist with automation, telemetry, and continuous service improvement.
