Job summary

S3 Arabia in Riyadh seeks an experienced ELT Supervisor to oversee academic records and reporting for the ELT program. You will supervise instructional and administrative staff and serve as deputy to the ELT Manager, ensuring smooth operations and continuity.

You will coordinate with MNG ELW support functions and the Testing Section on student retention, course completion, and assessment results, and ensure compliance with SOPs, EMS procedures, and the contract PWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in TESOL/Applied Linguistics/Education/English from an accredited institution.
• CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, or TEFL/TESOL certificate (120 hours with observed practicum).
• 5+ years full-time EFL/ESL teaching with adults.
• 2+ years conducting instructor evaluations using calibrated rubrics.
• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory capacity supporting instructor performance.
• 1+ year maintaining academic records/reporting (LMS/EMS).
• Working knowledge of language testing principles (reliability, validity, standardization).
• Proficiency with Moodle or similar LMS and productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
