The ideal candidate Holds a Bachelor s degree in English Language, English Education, or related field Master s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, TESOL, Educational Supervision, or related field preferred At least 5 years in academic supervision or educational leadership, ideally in an international school setting Proficient in educational technology and digital learning platforms Solid understanding of child safeguarding practices and Ministry of Education regulations Ability to provide academic guidance, training, and ongoing support to English language teachers Skilled at monitoring teaching quality and driving continuous academic improvement
