Job summary

Egis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide oversight, coordination, and construction supervision for electrical works across AlUla infrastructure and development projects. You will ensure compliance with designs, standards, and Saudi regulations, and work with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and authorities to drive testing and handover.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in electrical engineering, 10+ years in infrastructure projects, and proven PMC/PMCM or

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of relevant professional experience in major infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV distribution, substations and protection systems.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical oversight of electrical works during construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
Sanity checks electrical drawings, specs, method statements and submissions for compliance.
Monitor installation of electrical infrastructure including HV/MV/LV networks and distribution systems.
Coordinate electrical works with civil, utilities, roads, architecture and other disciplines.
Ensure site activities comply with IFC drawings, specs and standards.
Coordinate interfaces with SEC and other authorities as required.
Support approvals with project management and authorities for construction.
Monitor contractor progress and critical interfaces against the approved programme.
Review snag lists and ensure closures; support as-built/delivery documentation.
