Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a pre-contract focus to support growth in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring adherence to quality, schedules, and budgets.

You will bridge creative teams and stakeholders, manage resources, and coach staff. The role requires strong collaboration, time management, and risk mitigation across complex multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within design consultancy, architecture, or engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field and Saudi Council of Engineers registration.
• PMP certification desirable and proven track record in delivering complex multidisciplinary projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Define project timelines and activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Resolve changes in scope, issues and risks affecting implementation.
• Assign talent and resources to projects and guide staff.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with local regulations and approvals.
• Prepare detailed cost forecasts and budget reports; monitor expenditures.
