Job summary

Penspen Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to base in Khafji, KSA. The role involves leading electrical activities within core engineering or PMT teams, supervising personnel, and reporting to a Lead Electrical Engineer.

Heavy emphasis on project management, compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, and construction/commissioning experience. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects, PMC exposure, and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• At least twelve (12) years of experience; Eight (8) years within major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• PMC experience at similar role for several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Computer literate with MS Word and Excel proficient.
• Exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Senior Electrical Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. He may have engineer grade Electrical personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. He may work under the supervision of a Lead Electrical Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Electrical Engineer may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

• At least twelve (12) years of experience; Eight (8) years of them within the field of Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
