Job summary

Confidential Careers in Riyadh is looking for a seasoned Document Control Manager to lead document control across multiple road infrastructure projects within the Project and Construction Management team. The role requires overseeing all document control activities and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

You will develop and implement control strategies, mentor staff, coordinate with project managers, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in project and construction management of large infrastructure.
• Understanding of construction, design, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Experience with document control systems and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all project document control activities for multiple road infrastructure projects.
• Lead on document control matters, ensuring accurate and efficient management of project documentation.
• Develop and implement document control strategies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor document control staff across projects.
• Prepare and present document control reports and plans to management and client.
• Identify and resolve document control issues between project disciplines and stakeholders.
• Act as consultant representative at client and contractor meetings regarding document control.
• Coordinate with project managers to track and manage document control issues.
• Assist client with document control requirements and ensure satisfaction.
