Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Director - Transport Strategy to shape the transportation framework for its groundbreaking entertainment destination. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive strategy that supports connectivity for visitors and residents alike.

You will drive transport modelling, stakeholder engagement, and governance, delivering policies and plans that enable seamless mobility, efficiency, and sustainable growth across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 15 years in transport strategy or planning for large projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional and government-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and influential presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized transport modelling to ensure consistency across Qiddiya.
• Oversee city-level transport data provision for projects and design.
• Drive phasing plans and capacity tests for networks.
• Engage stakeholders and government entities for integration.
• Govern governance activities, bids, approvals, and reporting.
• Develop transport policies on operations, EV charging, and logistics.
