Job summary

Qiddiya seeks a Senior Manager of Stakeholder, Governance and Community Engagement to lead engagement across multi-modal transport systems within and beyond the Qiddiya boundary.

You will build strong relationships with government, community, and industry actors and drive governance and stakeholder requirements across internal and external partners, ensuring compliance and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Transport, Infrastructure, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in engineering management or public infrastructure.
• Certification in stakeholder engagement advantageous.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure lifecycle and transport operations.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage stakeholder engagement frameworks across multi-modal transport systems.
• Build enduring relationships with government, community and industry actors.
• Facilitate governance and stakeholder requirements between internal and external parties.
• Design engagement templates and insights and negotiate governance processes.
• Oversee stage gate, committee governance, and performance measurement.
