Qiddiya is seeking a Director, Parking to own and lead the municipal parking portfolio across on-street and off-street assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, property, asset management, transport, engineering, operations management or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in parking, asset management, property, commercial management or operations is advantageous.
• Substantial senior leadership experience in the parking industry with experience managing significant portfolios.
• Knowledge of the parking market and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven accountability for parking revenue, pricing, yield, budgets and commercial models.

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable asset owner for Qiddiya municipal parking portfolios across on-street, off-street and related assets.
• Develop and implement city-wide parking strategy, operating model, governance and investment priorities.
• Lead operator procurement and performance management, ensuring safety, revenue integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic, executive reporting on portfolio performance, risks and opportunities.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, maintenance, readiness for major events and continuity of operations.
