Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks a Senior Manager, Stakeholder, Governance and Community Engagement to lead the design and operation of engagement frameworks across multi-modal transport systems within and beyond the Qiddiya boundary. You will build enduring relationships with government, community and industry partners and translate governance requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Transport, Infrastructure, or related degree qualification.
• Master's degree in engineering management, Public Infrastructure, or similar field strongly preferred.
• Formal training or certification in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, or interface coordination is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure lifecycle, transport operations, and the role of interface agreements in complex projects.
• Outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic skills, tact and judgment, with the ability to build trust at all levels—from community members to senior government executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage stakeholder engagement frameworks across multi-modal transport systems.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with government, community, and industry actors.
• Facilitate, derive, agree and track transport governance and stakeholder requirements across Qiddiya Transport and external partners.
• Design stakeholder engagement templates and insights; negotiate internal governance processes and stakeholder agreements.
• Ensure clear communication, adhere to internal processes, and oversee stage gate and committee governance.
• Develop a high-performance team culture focused on learning, knowledge sharing, and embedding governance best practices.
