Job summary

Horizontal Digital in Saudi Arabia seeks a Saudi National Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects using agile methodologies. The role requires coordinating across teams, defining objectives, and delivering high-quality outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of client-facing digital project management, 2+ years in an agency setting, and familiarity with Sitecore and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years client-facing digital project management experience.
• 2+ years agency/consultancy experience. 5+ years preferred.
• Experience managing large scale website projects from discovery to maintenance.
• Prior exposure to digital marketing solutions such as Sitecore and Salesforce.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred.
• Ability to earn SCRUM certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, estimate, timeline and level of effort.
• Develop project strategies and plans, and identify required tools.
• Keep projects on track and on budget while resolving issues with clients.
• Monitor progress and budget against plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Manage scope by coordinating changes from original specs.
• Ensure quality through planning, execution, QA and QC techniques.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate risks to maximize results.
• Work with end users and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical design.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members.
