Job summary

Quest Oracle Community seeks a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs in Saudi Arabia. You will shape roadmaps, align technology with business goals, and guide multi-functional teams through large ERP, cloud, AI, and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities include governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and performance measurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex transformations across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/BA/Engineering.
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum Master) preferred.
• DX/EA certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects across functions.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with executives to define strategies and outcomes.
• Govern projects, budgets, timelines, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive change management and adoption of new technologies.
