Job summary

Client of AIQU in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation programs, bridging tech teams and business stakeholders.

You will oversee DevSecOps–driven delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and drive continuous improvement across large-scale programs within the GCC.

Strong technical grounding and 7–10 years of delivery experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of proven experience managing digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on DevSecOps experience and security best practices.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate DevSecOps engineering teams to design and implement secure CI CD pipelines.
• Manage cross-functional teams ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular status reports dashboards and executive briefings.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices.
