Job summary

Client of AIQU in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation programs, bridging tech teams and business stakeholders.

You will oversee DevSecOps–driven delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and drive continuous improvement across large-scale programs within the GCC.

Strong technical grounding and 7–10 years of delivery experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of proven experience managing digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on DevSecOps experience and security best practices.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager based in Riyadh to lead and deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in DevSecOps proven non-technical project management expertise and 7 10 years of experience driving complex digital programs to successful completion

• Develop detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations
• Coordinate DevSecOps engineering teams to design and implement secure CI CD pipelines
• Manage cross-functional teams ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 7 10 years of proven experience managing digital transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools, processes, and security best practices
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks for large-scale digital programs
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Experience working in government, healthcare, or large enterprise environments in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards related to data privacy and cybersecurity
• Advanced certifications in DevSecOps or cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Certified DevSecOps Professional)
