Job summary

Horizontal Digital in Riyadh is seeking a Saudi National Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects using agile methodologies.

You will oversee multiple projects, define objectives and budgets, mentor teams, and ensure quality from inception to implementation. The role requires strong leadership and client-facing communication across large-scale website initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing digital project management experience.
• At least 2 years agency/consultancy experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale website projects from discovery through maintenance.
• Exposure to digital marketing platforms such as Sitecore and Salesforce.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to earn SCRUM certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, estimate, timeline and level of effort.
• Develop project strategies and plans; identify required methods and tools.
• Keep projects on track and on budget; resolve client issues.
• Monitor progress and budget against plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance.
• Manage scope by coordinating changes from original specs.
• Ensure quality through planning, QA, and QC.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maximize results.
• Work with end users and stakeholders to translate business goals into system requirements.
• Provide solutions, leadership, and motivation to project teams.
