Boutiqaat in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to drive our multi-channel growth, shaping strategy and delivering traffic, conversions and brand love across SEM, SEO, social, email and display campaigns.

You will lead a high-performing marketing team, mentor SEO specialists and content creators, collaborate with Sales, and translate insights into action to achieve measurable ROI and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 9–12 years of digital marketing experience with 3–4 years in leadership.
• Proven success in integrated digital campaigns and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email platforms, and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Analyze performance, optimize ROI, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee content creation and calendar management to ensure timely execution.
• Mentor SEO specialists, social media managers, and content creators.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to senior management.
