Job summary

Immersive Labs in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join our Customer Success team. You will own the technical pre-sales lifecycle, partner with Enterprise Sales, and build compelling demonstrations of Immersive One to secure technical wins.

You will be embedded with customers for long engagements, advising on cyber resilience programs, aligning security strategy with business goals, and driving adoption of new features while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role.
• Experience with pre-sales and customer-facing engagements.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux, security tools, and cloud environments.
• Ability to present to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Industry qualifications such as CISSP desirable but not essential to this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define customers' technical requirements and use cases.
• Engage C-level executives and technical teams with solution demos.
• Act as security advisor during the sales cycle and crisis simulations.
• Partner with customers to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.
• Drive platform adoption and measure value delivered.
• Provide ongoing senior-level guidance throughout the engagement.
