Job summary

Napco National Company in Riyadh region is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate daily with senior officers to optimize stock management and daily shipments. The role monitors output reports to ensure goods availability for dispatch and handles credit notes with documented reasons for returns.

You will participate in biweekly meetings, drive team development, and implement incentive-based performance improvements to strengthen operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with other senior officers to optimize on stock management and on goods daily shipments.
• Monitor Daily output report from plant and FG Inventory to ensure availability of goods for shipment.
• Receive, review and approve all credit notes, and specify reasons for returns.
• Follow up on matters resulting from the biweekly CSD meeting.
• Foster the learning and development of team members thru specific career development plan, trainings; evaluate their performance thru motivational and challenging incentive schemes.
