Job summary

Ninja in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Returns Team Leader to guide the Warehouse team in daily returns receiving, verification, and inventory movements, ensuring accuracy and compliant processes.

You will supervise the handling of returned products, coordinate with QA, resolve discrepancies, and allocate tasks to meet priorities while maintaining traceability and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, returns, inbound, or inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse returns, receiving, verification, and inventory movements.
• Experience with WMS transactions and inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving and processing of returned products.
• Verify quantities, item details, condition and return reasons.
• Maintain accurate return records and ensure traceability in system records.
• Coordinate with QA for product condition assessment when required.
• Allocate daily tasks based on return volumes and priorities.
