Job summary

Napco National Company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Warehouse associate to manage RM/ORM transfers, verify quantities and locations, and coordinate forklift movements. You will ensure accurate ERP updates and packing documentation aligns with physical counts.

The role includes monthly inventory accuracy tasks, 5S housekeeping, and processing returned materials for credits, with emphasis on accuracy and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive RM/ORM through transfer on ERP Production and verify its physical availability and storage location.
• Inform Fork-lift driver to arrange all requested Material in one designated place after verifying RM/ORM availability.
• Tally the arranged Material against the transfer on ERP and coordinate with Fork-lift driver for discrepancies and sign for approval.
• Collect Packing List from Truck Driver, cross-check shipment quantity against it, and attach with packing slip.
• Receive and verify FG shipments, sign Packing List, and relay to procurement and accounts for Credit Note issuance.
• Carry-out monthly Inventory record accuracy tasks to ensure physical count matches system count.
• Carry-out 5S tasks in the Warehouse.
• Receive Transfer FG from Production; instruct forklift to arrange Material in one designated place.
• Upon FG loading, count loaded Material against Packing List to ensure match before dispatch and invoicing.
• Receive Returned Material (FG); inform QC, prepare Packing slip, and relay to Customer Service and chief accountant for Credit Note issuance.
• Weigh received and shipped waste and attach with packing slip for procurement and accounting.
• Check driver invoices against updated shipping log to ensure no discrepancies in invoices.
