Job summary

Ninja in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to optimize inventory across the supply chain. You will drive accuracy, availability, and standardization of procedures across distribution centers and stores.

The role focuses on reducing losses, improving replenishment, and delivering data-driven insights to support operational efficiency and business objectives. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential to align inventory strategy with company goals.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP SAP/Oracle and WMS systems.
• Experience with inventory audits, cycle counts, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of DOI, turnover, stock aging, holding costs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy across distribution centers and stores through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement, and standardize inventory control procedures and SOPs across the network.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, control procedures, and audit requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate transfers and balancing across centers and stores.
• Identify and reduce excess inventory, stock stagnation, shrinkage, and losses.
• Analyze demand patterns and support replenishment planning and inventory allocation.
• Optimize DOI, stock coverage, and turnover.
• Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies, damages, and recurring stock issues.
• Track inventory KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards.
