Job summary

Nascom in Riyadh seeks an experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee the sourcing of materials, equipment, and assets, and to manage supplier relationships and logistics services.

You will lead and develop the procurement and logistics team, drive cost reductions, ensure on-time delivery, and ensure compliance with regulations across the full supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and logistics plans and policies.
• Manage suppliers, negotiate prices and contracts.
• Ensure availability of materials at right quality, time and cost.
• Monitor purchase orders, procurement, and receipts.
• Manage inventory and reorder levels.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor supplier performance and address delays.
• Control costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare reports and KPIs for senior management.
• Lead procurement and logistics team and develop skills.
