Job summary

Confidential Careers in Riyadh is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring shipments, inventory, and documentation are handled accurately and on time.

You will coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, finance, and sales teams, maintain records, prepare reports, and contribute to business continuity while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with Oracle or Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and relevant service providers regarding shipment status and documentation.
• Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules and report any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics-related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock availability requirements.
• Conduct and support periodic and annual physical inventory counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
• Ensure inventory transactions and records are accurately updated in the system.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, and other departments to support logistics operations.
• Communicate shipment, stock, and delivery updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Support daily logistics and supply chain operational activities.
• Prepare logistics, inventory, and shipment reports as required.
• Identify operational issues and elevate them to the responsible manager when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to logistics and inventory management.
