Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor Loading / unloading activities as per loading manifest
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
• Transfer of goods to designated destinations.
• Perform truck monthly maintenance tasks (clean, change oil and filter).
• Ensure the invoice is stamped by customers and returned to CSD.
• Report his superior all the customers’ complaints and recommend ideas
