Qualifications

• Experience with unified communications and call center systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN and WAN.
• Certifications from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support AVAYA Aura and Cisco UC solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve complex technical issues during change requests and project phases.
