Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with contracts administration and commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and standard forms.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and administer contracts including notices and variations.
• Prepare variation and claims notices with supporting documentation.
• Support negotiation of contract amendments and commercial resolutions.
• Manage subcontractor tenders, evaluations, and awards with back-to-back alignment to head contracts.
• Maintain complete commercial records and assist with project cost reporting.
