Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Utilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead on-site delivery of utilities infrastructure across medium-size civil, structural, and industrial projects. You will supervise planning, manpower and equipment, coordinate subcontractors, and manage safety, quality, and budget targets.

Ideal candidates bring at least 15 years of field construction leadership, strong client-facing communication, and proven ability to deliver milestones on time

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of field construction management experience.
• Experience in civil, structural, utilities construction.
• Strong leadership and budget management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate large multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall planning of field construction activities and milestones.
• Manage on-site utilities construction from mobilization to completion.
• Assess budget, staffing, and equipment needs from the scope.
• Ensure subcontractor resources and major equipment are available on time.
• Supervise superintendents and monitor progress, performance, and actions.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and field engineering.
• Identify risks early and take preventive actions to protect milestones.
• Apply construction practices ensuring quality, safety, and cost control.
