Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Construction Manager for utilities infrastructure to lead planning, coordination, and oversight from pre-construction through closeout.

This role manages contractors, ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and drives schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination across live utility sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil or utility construction, with experience in mains, pump stations, substations, and field leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

• Ability to manage multi-contractor field environments and maintain schedules, budgets, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management for utility infrastructure projects including mains and substations.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against budgets and schedules; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design teams for constructability feedback and permit approvals.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and closeout activities.

Education
