Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to manage and administer FIDIC-based contracts within its Master Development Unit Projects portfolio in Riyadh. You will support governance, procedures, and reporting and provide expert contractual guidance to the Client, FIDIC Engineer, and project teams.

You will oversee contract lifecycle activities, including execution, notices, variations, and close-out, while maintaining documentation, logs, and risk registers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 10 years of progressive experience in contract administration or commercial management.
• Experience on major infrastructure or large-scale projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC forms and client-specific conditions.
• Proven experience managing variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of FIDIC-based contracts across the portfolio.
• Support governance, procedures, and reporting standards for contracts.
• Provide contractual advice to client, FIDIC Engineer, and teams.
• Administer contracts through lifecycle: execution, notices, variations, close-out.
• Prepare contracts correspondence and determinations.
• Maintain contract registers, logs, and risk records.
• Evaluate variations, claims, payments, and final accounts.
• Coordinate entitlement assessments and delay analyses.
