You will manage FIDIC-based contracts, provide contractual guidance to the Client, and coordinate with the FIDIC Engineer, Delivery Partner and project teams. The role emphasizes governance, records, and ongoing risk management in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with FIDIC contracts and large programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in contract administration, contracts management or commercial management.
Experience on major infrastructure, mixed-use development or large-scale construction programs.
Strong experience administering FIDIC-based contracts within Engineer/PMC/Delivery Partner environments.
Good knowledge of FIDIC contract forms, conditions and amendments.
Proven experience managing variations, claims and final accounts.
Responsibilities
Manage administration of FIDIC-based contracts (Red/Yellow/Silver Books) with client-specific conditions.
Support contract management procedures, governance requirements and reporting across the portfolio.
Provide contractual advice to Client, FIDIC Engineer, Delivery Partner and project teams.
Administer contracts through lifecycle: execution, notices, variations and close-out.
Review and prepare contractual correspondence, determinations and certifications.
