Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Contract Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to oversee FIDIC-based contracts across major development projects. You will administer contract lifecycle activities, assess variations, manage timelines, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and delivery partners.

The role requires a deep understanding of FIDIC forms, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare clear contractual correspondence while maintaining comprehensive project records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in contract administration, contracts management, or commercial management.
• Experience on major infrastructure, mixed-use development, or large-scale construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer FIDIC-based contracts (Red, Yellow, Silver) and client-specific conditions.
• Provide contract management guidance to clients, engineers, and delivery partners.
• Manage contracts through lifecycle: execution, notices, variations, and close-out.
• Review/prepare contractual correspondence, notices, determinations, and certifications.
• Maintain contract registers, claims logs, risk logs, and performance metrics.
