Job summary

ENGIE AMEA invites a Contract Manager to lead contract management for the 500MW/2000MWh BESS project in KSA. You will govern OEM/BOP contracts, risk, governance, documentation and reporting across the full lifecycle.

The role requires a university degree in business/engineering or law, CCCM certification, and a minimum of 10 years’ contract management experience in large-scale construction. Excellent English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Based at site in Khushaybi, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or related field.
• CCCM certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in contract management in construction.
• Experience in international industrial projects.
• Strong English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management per OEM agreements and project contracts.
• Develop procedures for contract administration, governance, reporting.
• Ensure teams are aware of contractual obligations and milestones.
• Negotiate with BOP Contractor and OEM within delegated authority.
• Manage notices, changes, claims, and variations within timeframes.
• Monitor risks and enforce warranties, guarantees, and insurances.
