You will oversee main and sub-contracts, issue delay notices, track milestones, manage EOTs and change orders, and collaborate closely with project teams to protect commercial interests.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in QS, Engineering, Law or related discipline.
• Proven experience as Contract Administrator on large-scale building projects.
• Experience managing EOT and claims on EPC projects; familiarity with NEOM/Red Sea/Qiddiya or similar developments.

This role would suit a driven and detail-focused Contract Administrator looking to advance their career on a major international project in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and management of the main contract and sub-contracts
• Issuing and managing Notices of Delay, maintaining delay registers, and preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Review correspondence: Read and draft formal contract notices, letters, and submittals.
• Track obligations: Monitor deadlines, milestones, deliverables, and performance bonds.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale building projects
• Proven track record in managing claims and EOT processes on large-scale EPC projects, ideally in complex environments such as NEOM, Red Sea, Qiddiya, or similar developments.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with construction planning and scheduling tools, such as Primavera P6, and the ability to work closely with planners to assess programme impacts.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
