Job summary

A Leading Company In Saudi Arabia in Riyadh seeks a Contracts Engineer & Contracts Administrator to manage contract documentation, ensure compliance with obligations, and support project execution through meticulous administration.

You will oversee supplier contracts, conduct contract risk sessions with project leaders, monitor risks for the COO, analyze terms for regulatory compliance, and assist in contract execution per corporate guidelines. English fluency required; Arabic knowledge a bonus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting procurement contracts; FIDIC knowledge advantageous.
  • Middle East experience and knowledge of EPC contract structure.
  • Experience in EPC projects and proven contracts administration in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal terminology, and Saudi regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic knowledge advantageous.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Engineer & Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic construction team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supporting project execution through meticulous contract management and administration.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the on-going management of allocated strategic and complex across suppliers contracts, established to deliver outcomes that effectively meet Company objectives and client business requirements.
  • Conduct the Contract Awareness Session where all Contract Risks are discussed with the Project Director/Project Manager & Project Management Team.
  • Monitor and report contract risks and check points to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Analyze all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in contract’s execution in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software, possess strong mathematical and computer skills, proficiency with all MSOffice products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
