Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Senior Presales Consultant – Content to drive content, ECM and information-management opportunities in Saudi Arabia. The role collaborates with Account Executives, Sales Specialists, Services and partners to win complex enterprise deals. You will lead discovery, positioning, demonstrations and POCs for C-level stakeholders.

The ideal candidate blends Content/ECM domain knowledge with presales acumen and a business-value mindset, traveling within the region as needed.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise software/technology with presales or solution consulting experience.
Strong background in Content, ECM, Content Services, Document Management or Information Management.
Experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification and discovery through closure.
Lead customer discovery, requirements gathering and solution positioning around Content and ECM challenges.
Design and position OpenText Content solutions aligned to customer business requirements.
Deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops and executive presentations to technical and business audiences.
Lead or support RFPs, RFIs, tenders, POCs and technical evaluations.
Develop solution proposals and value propositions that connect technology to business outcomes.
Collaborate with system integrators and technology partners on joint customer opportunities.
Support competitive positioning and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
