Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Planner to join our site-based Construction Supervision team in Riyadh on a landmark development project. You will develop detailed schedules, monitor baselines, and provide critical path analysis while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 10+ years of planning on large infrastructure or urban development projects, with strong Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years planning and scheduling on large-scale infra projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Strong CPM scheduling and baseline management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify variances.
• Review contractor baselines and recovery plans.
• Perform critical path analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Mentor junior planners and drive process improvements.
