Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Planning Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead planning and scheduling during construction for large-scale projects. You will drive master schedules, critical-path analysis, progress measurement, delay management, and recovery planning, coordinating with project leaders, contractors, and client teams to keep milestones and contractual obligations on track.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and a minimum of 15 years of construction

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline is required.
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; strong experience with critical-path analysis and progress measurement.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and control the master construction schedule.
Coordinate detailed schedules covering construction activities, work packages, interfaces, and milestones.
Review contractor and subcontractor schedules, schedule updates, and recovery plans.
Monitor progress and verify reported progress against site activities.
Lead schedule reviews with contractors and project teams; prepare dashboards and executive reports.
Incorporate approved changes into baselines and support delay/extension analyses.
