Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Planning Engineer/Scheduler to join the site-based supervision team on the Green Riyadh Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and the client.

The role requires 7–10 years of planning experience on large-scale infrastructure or construction, strong CPM knowledge, Excel proficiency, and the ability to generate weekly and monthly progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 7–10 years planning/scheduling on large-scale projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and baseline management
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules and progress

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6
• Establish baselines and monitor progress against schedules
• Review contractor baseline and progress updates
• Perform critical path analyses and what-if scenarios
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards
• Support change management and EOT assessments
• Mentor junior planners
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, contractors, and client representatives
