Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer for projects in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee construction execution across multiple packages, coordinate contractors and consultants, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on site management, familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts, and extensive experience with Primavera P6 for planning and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Proven experience on large-scale residential and infrastructure projects.
• Strong site execution, contractor management and QA/QC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of large-scale projects with multiple components and contractors.
• Coordinate multiple construction packages and workstreams for timely delivery.
• Supervise residential and infrastructure works including roads and utilities.
• Monitor QA/QC and HSE compliance across activities and contractors.
• Lead interface between design, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues.
